Since the training course though, I've found I'm much happier at work and because I feel confident in the techniques Dermot showed me I've been selling more.

Now my work colleagues respect me and I'm heading for sales person of the month because of the success of my cold calls.

It was the live portion of the class that really motivated me. I cold call every day, but I've never experienced anything like the reaction Dermot got within 10mins. He knows how to build a relationship at speed and I admire him for it.
