How you keeping? Good to hear from you. Just wanted to say what a great 2 days that was and thank you. I raised the Seven V material as a hot topic in the SM meeting I had yesterday and mentioned just how good it was and how much we learnt in those two days. Needless to say the other SMs are very much looking forward to attending the training themselves and getting their team members to learn the skills mentioned. I have seen how powerful the skills can be once honed to perfect fluency - this is my ultimate goal.. and as such have made a decision to integrate some of those techniques into everyday life.
