Empathy is a useful way to understand another persons thoughts and feelings and see it from their point of view.
So why if that is the case when you get the oppertunity to build a business relationship do we do the complete opposite? Tell when we sell!
Great comunicators will never tell someone why they should buy, they will ask why they wouldn't?
Seems obvious however why dont you try for the next 20 minutes of your day not telling anyone anything, infact all you are allowed to do is ask questions to come to the conclusion you wanted to acheive.
